Central Thailand or pak grang is where you’ll find most of the traditional, basic recipes that stem from Bangkok’s city ancient culture.

These “classic” Thai dishes and desserts use coconut milk to tone down the hot peppers, herbs, and spices that usually accompany the main ingredients, creating a distinctive blend of flavors.
